Daniel Radcliffe will star opposite Tracy Morgan in an upcoming NBC comedy pilot.

The untitled single-cam pilot was originally announced earlier in March.

Per the official logline, “A disgraced former football player (Morgan) is on a mission to rehabilitate his image.”

Radcliffe will star as Arthur Tobin, described as “an award-winning filmmaker who moves into Reggie’s mansion to film an immersive documentary about the former star running back.”

As previously announced, the series marks a “30 Rock” reunion. In addition to Morgan starring, Robert Carlock and Sam Means are attached to write and executive produce the pilot, with Tina Fey also executive producing. Carlock is executive producing via Bevel Gears.

“SNL” alum Rhys Thomas will executive produce and direct the pilot, with Eric Gurian of Fey’s Little Stranger banner and David Miner of 3 Arts also executive producing. Universal Television, where Fey is under an overall deal, is the studio.

Radcliffe previously worked with Fey, Carlock, and Means when he appeared in the Netflix interactive movie “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt: Kimmy vs the Reverend.”

He has also starred in the comedy series “Miracle Workers” as well as comedy films like “Swiss Army Man,” “Weird: The Al Yankovic Story,” and “The Lost City.”

Radcliffe is best known for playing the title role in the Harry Potter film franchise, starring in eight films over a 10 year period from 2001-2011. Collectively, the movies grossed nearly $8 billion worldwide.
