English actor Daniel Craig was honored Wednesday with a star on Hollywood's Walk of Fame in California, days before his last movie as James Bond opens in the United States.
"No Time to Die" marks Craig's fifth and final outing as British secret agent 007, ending a role that has spanned 15 years.
The 25th installment was originally scheduled for release in April 2020 but was postponed three times due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The actor's star, the 2,704th on the Walk of Fame at the appropriately numbered 7007 Hollywood Boulevard, is located next to the star of late Roger Moore, who played Bond in seven movies from 1973 to 1985.
"It is an absolute honor to be walked all over in Hollywood. Me being on this pavement surrounded by all of these legends makes me a very, very, very happy man." Craig stated.
Bond producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson, alongside Rami Malek who played villain Safin in the latest installment, hand attended the dedication ceremony.
Craig is set to star in Shakespeare's play "Macbeth" on Broadway next March.
Moreover, the actor is also set to reprise his role as inspector Benoit Blanc in the sequels of 2019's murder-mystery smash Knives Out movie "Knives Out".
