The Downtown Contemporary Arts Festival (D- CAF) will conclude its 9th edition activities tomorrow, October 22, at Al Falaki Theater.
It will be finalized by a choreography show by iconic French artist Oliver Dubois, "Memories of a Lord," with the participation of 35 Egyptian dancers.
The show sheds the light on the mixed feelings of the famous historical figures, especially their psyches, and isolation tendencies.
Consisted of three segments, the plot reviews three different phases of historical figures such as the tyrant, the popular, and the isolated.
D-CAF's "Memories of a Lord" performance will be the first in Egypt, however, Dubois will depend on Egyptian mature dancers who were trained by him for a week.
It is worthy to mention that the 9th edition of the festival kicked off on October 1st, and it carried several workshops, concerts, and theatrical performances.
