Lebanese actress-singer Cyrine Abdelnour is teaming up with Syrian actor Mohamad Al Ahmad on her next TV series, which is set to premiere during the Ramadan 2026 drama marathon.
The drama witnesses Abdelnour's comeback to the drama marathon after six years of absence. She made her last participation in the marathon with season 3 of the TV series “Al Hayba: The Harvest" in 2019.
It is scripted by Moayad Alnabulsi, directed by Basem Salka, and produced by The Wise Production banner.
Principal photography is scheduled to commence next month in Abu Dhabi.Abdelnour, born on February 21, 1977, studied at St. Courier and accounting until 1993, before pursuing a modeling career and taking classes in fashion design in late 1993.
She later began work as a model and landed her first modeling job, presenting Christmas designs by a group of designers such as Zuhair Murad, Abu Mahfouz, and others.
Abdelnour made her acting debut in early 1998 and her music debut in 2004.
Abdelnour is best known for her roles in the 2012 TV series “Ruby”, in the 2013 TV series “Leabet el Mout”, and in the 2008 film “Ramadan Mabrouk Abou El Alamin Hammouda”.
She is also known for starring in the film Al Mosafer (The Traveller) with Omar Sharif, which was screened at the 66th Venice Film Festival.
