On Friday, Culture Minister Ahmed Fouad Hano announced the conclusion of the 45th Cairo International Film Festival.
The minister said: "I had the honor to enjoy the festival with you, and the Ministry of Culture is always your home, and a cultural landmark in Egypt."
The Cairo International Film Festival, which took place between November 13 and 22, featured 190 films from 72 countries, including 16 red carpet events, 37 world premieres, 8 international premieres, and 119 regional screenings for the Middle East and Africa.
As the only festival in the Arab world and Africa classified as a Category A event by the International Federation of Film Producers Associations (FIAPF), CIFF remains a cornerstone of global cinematic excellence.
