Dr. Enas Abdel-Dayem, Minister of Culture, met Major General Adel Al-Ghadban, Governor of Port Said, and Dr. Ahmed Awad, Head of the General Organization of Culture Palaces, to discuss the agenda of cultural and artistic program.
They discussed the ways to promote and intensify cultural and creative activities and the mechanisms for discovering and developing talented people from the governorate through the Talent Development Center at the Cultural Palace.
They also discussed the agenda of the cultural and artistic program to celebrate the selection of Port Said Governorate as the capital of Egyptian culture in the year 2020.
The meeting also dealt with the opening of a permanent outlet for the Ministry’s publications, holding activities in the Behirat Al-Manzala Region and organizing a culture initiative “ Culture out of walls “ held on 14 theaters in parks and public gardens.
