Culture Min. Opens Talents Centers for Special Needs in Cairo, Alexandria

Dr. Enas Abdel Dayem, Minister of Culture, decided to exempt people with special abilities from paying the tuition fees of all classes of the Talent Development Center in different governorates.

The governorates include Cairo, Alexandria, Damanhour and Tanta - affiliated to the Egyptian Opera House. The project will start from the new session on the first of October 2020.

Abdel Dayem said that this decision comes within the framework of implementing the culture plan to care for talented people with special needs to integrate them naturally into society and to discover and adopt their talents.

They (people with special needs) are promising people who succeeded in expressing themselves as models of challenge, determination and willpower.

The minister confirmed the support of the Egyptian Ministry of Culture with all its sectors to these artistic and literary talents who are an important part of the nation's component.
