Cillian Murphy, Kate Hudson, Alia Bhatt & More to Present at 2026 BAFTA Film Awards

The 2026 BAFTA Film Awards have unveiled a star-studded lineup set to take to the stage and present on Sunday, February 22.

"KPop Demon Hunters" singing trio EJAE, Audrey Nuna, and Rei Ami were previously unveiled as performers at the London ceremony, their first time at the event and first live show outside of the U.S., and British singer-songwriter Jessie Ware will cover Barbra Streisand during the In Memoriam segment.

"Who are we getting ready to welcome to the #EEBAFTAs this Sunday? Make sure you tune in this Sunday 22 February on BBC One and BBC iPlayer in the UK and on E! in the US," it wrote.

The raft of celebrities who will hand out individual awards on the night, include Aimee Lou Wood, Bryan Cranston, Cillian Murphy, David Jonsson, Delroy Lindo, Gillian Anderson, Glenn Close, Olivia Cooke, Patrick Dempsey will present awards, alongside BAFTA nominees Ethan Hawke, Michael B. Jordan, Kate Hudson, Miles Caton, Kate Hudson, Emily Watson, and Stellan Skargård.

Aaron Pierre, Alicia Vikander, Alia Bhatt, Erin Doherty, Hannah Waddingham, Kathryn Hahn, Karen Gillan, Kerry Washington, Little Simz, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Mia McKenna-Bruce, Milly Alcock, Minnie Driver, Noah Jupe, Regé-Jean Page, Riz Ahmed, Sadie Sink, Stormzy and Warwick Davis will also be presenting.

Among the list of nominees attending are Jacob Elordi, Leonardo DiCaprio, Timothee Chalamet, Chloé Zhao, Teyana Taylor, Yorgos Lanthimos, Emma Stone, Benicio del Toro, Jesse Plemons, Odessa A’Zion, Paul Thomas Anderson, and Rose Byrne.

Donna Langley, chair of NBCUniversal Entertainment, will receive the BAFTA Fellowship at the awards ceremony, the British Academy’s highest honor, recognizing “outstanding and exceptional” contributions to film, games, or television. 

Clare Binns, the creative director of Picturehouse Cinemas and Picturehouse Entertainment, will be honored with the outstanding British contribution to cinema award.

The 79th BAFTA Awards ceremony will be broadcast live from the Royal Festival Hall on Sunday, February 22, on BBC One and iPlayer in the UK. Hosted by Alan Cumming, the event will be available in the US on E!.

BAFTAs 2026's nominations were announced in January, with Paul Thomas Anderson’s epic "One Battle After Another" leading with 14 nods, followed by Ryan Coogler’s historical horror "Sinners" with 13.

Chloé Zhao’s Shakespearean heartbreaker Hamnet and Josh Safdie’s ping-pong caper Marty Supreme earned 11 BAFTA nods each, while Joachim Trier’s drama "Sentimental Value" and Guillermo del Toro’s gothic epic "Frankenstein" earned eight BAFTA noms. Yorgos Lanthimos’ black comedy Bugonia and comedy Kirk Jones’ Tourette Syndrome advocate dramedy "I Swear" received five each.
