Hollywood star Chris Pratt, who plays Peter Quill also known as Star-Lord, shared insight about his future in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) after the 2023 release of “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3“.

“I don’t know. I hope so/ If not, you can always just follow me on Instagram." Pratt told Extra at Comic-Con International in San Diego.

He shared that there are "no plans" for him to return to the MCU, adding: "I think anything is possible, anything is possible."

“Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3” will also feature Zoë Saldaña as Gamora, Bautista as Drax, Bradley Cooper as the voice of Rocket Raccoon, Karen Gillan as Nebula, Pom Klementieff as Mantis, and Vin Diesel as the voice of Groot.

It will also star Sylvester Stallone as well as newcomers Daniela Melchior, Will Poulter, and Chukwudi Iwuji.

The Guardians were recently seen in “Thor: Love and Thunder“.

Moreover, they is also set to reunite with director James Gunn for Disney+'s "The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special" in December.

In a new interview, Pratt recently about how the death of Gamora (Saldaña) in "Avengers: Infinity War" will affect his character Star-Lord in the threequel.

Pratt noted revealed that Star-Lord's grief will leave the cosmic team of misfits defenseless against enemies' attacks.

Gamora will be back for the movie in a new position. The green warrior died during the events of Infinity War, but a different variant of the character jumped into Earth-616 on "Avengers: Endgame". She has no memories of the Guardians and decides to roam the universe alone and will later become the leader of the Ravagers.

“Gamora is the love of Star-Lord's life; the romantic love of his life. He's dealt with the loss of Yondu, and of course of his mother. And now he's dealing with the loss of Gamora, the one person he found who truly knew him and loved him. She doesn't know who he is," Pratt stated.

"That's really had a profound impact on him personally, and his ability to be a leader of the Guardians of the Galaxy. It opens the Guardians up to [attack] and makes them vulnerable. That's where you catch him. He's dealing with that, for sure,” he added.

Gamora’s tragedy is not the only sad story in the threequel. It will also feature a baby version Rocket Raccoon (Cooper), promising to tell the origin story of the animal-machine hybrid.

In the first Guardians of the Galaxy movie, the audience learned that Rocket was a victim of cruel experiments.
