The concert was in the presence of Heping, Nevin Al-Kilani, the Minister of Culture, Ghada Shalaby, the Deputy Tourism Minister, Amr Al-Qadi, the CEO of the Egyptian General Authority for Tourism Promotion, Liao Lichang, the Chinese Ambassador to Cairo, and a number of leaders of the tourism ministry, the Authority and the Chinese Embassy in Cairo, as well as the official delegation accompanying the Chinese minister during his visit to Egypt.

Over 500 invitees from the Egyptian and Chinese sides attended the ceremony, including a number of politicians and public figures, representatives of the Egyptian tourism sector, some Egyptian tourism companies operating in the Chinese market, a number of Chinese tourists who are currently visiting Cairo and were invited by the authority, and a delegation from the State of China.

The celebration was presented by the traditional Chinese national orchestra, which is considered one of the most important and largest official orchestras in China, in addition to the participation of an Egyptian band.

The Chinese orchestra played a group of Egyptian and Chinese melodies, as well as a number of melodies from Chinese folklore.
