K-pop supergroup BTS finally released the "Arirang" bonus track “Come Over” on digital music platforms on Friday.
The yearning, midtempo track with a banging beat was originally only available on the deluxe vinyl edition of the group’s fifth studio album.
"Come Over" has now been shared on streamers just in time for their annual fan festival, Festa.
The track was co-written by members SUGA, RM, and j-hope and others and co-produced by Grammy-winner Cirkut with SUGA and Ammo.
This year’s Festa, which kicks off on Saturday, June 13, is extra special as it celebrates the 13th anniversary of the band’s debut.
In addition, the group’s homecoming show at Busan Asiad Main Stadium in Busan, South Korea will air live in theaters around the world tomorrow under the title "BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN BUSAN: LIVE VIEWING".
They also dropped a special "BTS Dinner Party 2.0" episode earlier this week, in which they shared a group meal and talked about how the vibes in the group have changed as they’ve reached their 30s with Jungkook admitting that things are definitely different.
“My stamina has dropped a little,” the 28-year-old singer said in the video. “My mindset has changed a lot. Back then [in my 20s], I had no hesitation when it came to work. I felt no shyness about anything.”
BTS also posted the official performance video for the hard-hitting ARIRANG track “Hooligan” last week as part of the windup to this year’s Festa.
After tonight’s kick-off of a two-night stand in Busan, BTS will move on to the European leg of their Arirang world tour, including shows in Madrid, Brussels, London, Munich and Paris, before a return to North American shores on August 1 for the first of two gigs at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J.
