US pop singer Britney Spears has finished writing her bombshell memoir.

According to TMZ, the book release will be delayed due to a lack of paper.

In February, the Princess of Pop had signed a $15 million book deal with Simon & Schuster, which nabbed the contract following what was said to be a months-long bidding war amongst publishing houses for the rights to Spears’ book.

Spears was adamant to pen a memoir after she was left fuming over the claims made in her younger sister Jamie Lynn’s book “Things I Should Have Said”, released in January this year.

She slammed her sister on Instagram following the book release, stating: “I wish the almighty, Lord would could come down and show this whole world that you’re lying and making money off of me !!!! You are scum, Jamie Lynn.”

The pop star’s lawyer Mathew Rosengart asserted that Spears will no longer be bullied by her family.

Since the singer’s 13-year conservatorship ended in November 2021, the pop star has been the subject of a number of documentaries that have focused on her legal battles and bids for freedom, many of which she has criticized.

The “Circus” singer recently hinted she’s ready to start writing her book. Sharing a photo of an old-school typewriter, she wrote in early January, “Shall I start from THE BEGINNING???”.
