British Airways, which is suffering economically due to the Coronavirus crisis, has announced that it will sell dishes used in aircraft and items from the "Boeing 747" plane that it withdrew from its fleet.
According to the "Russia Today" news agency, first-class champagne glasses and tableware, socks, blankets, and even trolleys are among the items offered for sale "to recreate a magical flying experience at home."
The company also decided to sell the artworks displayed in its reception halls in order to improve its financial conditions.
IAG, which owns the airlines of British Airways and Iberia, has lost 5.6 billion euros since the beginning of the year, including 1.76 billion euros in the third quarter.
