The Black Panther and the Fantastic Four are back in the fourth teaser for “Avengers: Doomsday,” which has been playing during the previews of “Avatar: Fire and Ash” screenings.

The previous clips featured Patrick Stewart’s Charles Xavier, Sir Ian McKellan’s Magneto, and James Marsden’s Cyclops, who first appeared together in Fox’s “X-Men” trilogy in the early 2000s, as well as Chris Hemsworth as Thor and Chris Evans as Steve Rogers.

The latest teaser, released by Marvel on Tuesday, starts serious and somber, much like the past teasers, but then has a humorous moment when the Thing (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) introduces himself to M’Baku (Winston Duke).

Letitia Wright’s Shuri, who took on the Black Panther role after the death of Chadwick Boseman in 2022’s “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever,” returns with some heavy narration, saying “I’ve lost everyone that matters to me. A king has his duties, to prepare our people for the afterlife. I have mine.”

In addition to losing her brother T’Challa, Shuri’s mother Queen Ramonda (Angela Bassett) also died when Wakanda was attacked by Namor (Tenoch Huerta) and his underwater kingdom Talokan.

Namor, in his black, comic-accurate suit, and his cousin Namora (Mabel Cadena) briefly appeared in the teaser.

After being the villains of “Wakanda Forever,” it seems that the Talokans may join forces with the Wakandans in their battle against Robert Downey Jr.’s Doctor Doom, especially if the fate of the multiverse is at stake.

Comic fans also know that the Fantastic Four’s Sue Storm (Vanessa Kirby) is often portrayed to have a romantic history with Namor, which may cause some trouble for her husband Reed Richards (Pedro Pascal) if they cross paths.

Pascal, Kirby and Joseph Quinn, who plays Johnny Storm aka the Human Torch, don’t appear in the teaser, but they’ll be part of the “Doomsday” cast when it hits theaters on December 18.

Moss-Bachrach’s Thing is the only Fantastic Four member in the teaser, who introduces himself to M’Baku to close out the trailer.

In the clip, Shuri lands in a vast desert, accompanied by Winston Duke. The teaser cuts to visions of Tenoch Huerta Mejía’s Namor before the pair are welcomed in the desert by the Fantastic Four. Duke’s M’Baku describes himself as the King of Wakanda.

It’s the first time the Fantastic Four have met a character from the MCU after they made their debut in their alternate 1960s world in last summer’s “First Steps.”

The end credits of “Thunderbolts” had previously teased the Fantastic Four crossing into the MCU.

The “Thunderbolts” cast is returning for the massive team-up, including Florence Pugh, David Harbour, Wyatt Russell, Hannah John-Kamen and Lewis Pullman.

They’ll share the screen with “Avengers” stars Hemsworth, Evans, Anthony Mackie, Danny Ramirez, Sebastian Stan, Paul Rudd, Tom Hiddleston, and Simu Liu.

There will also be an “X-Men” crossover with Kelsey Grammer, Alan Cumming, Channing Tatum and Rebecca Romijn.
