US President Joe Biden said that he informed Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that Washington will not participate in any attack on Iran.

On the night of Saturday and Sunday, Iran launched a military strike against Israel, using unmanned aerial vehicles (drones), launched by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, days after Israel bombed the Tehran consulate in Syria.

The Iranian Revolutionary Guard announced the launch of Operation “True Promise” against Israel, which is a broad military operation against targets inside Israeli territory using dozens of missiles and drones, according to a statement.

Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi stressed that “any new adventure against the interests of the Iranian people will face a harsh and painful response from the Islamic Republic of Iran.”
