Syrian superstar Assala Nasri released her latest song “Sid Lghram”, which marks her first collaboration with Moroccan singer Asmaa Lemnawar.
Assala wrote on Instagram: “In every moment of recording and shooting, there was joy, passion, and waiting for the moment we are in.”
“For a long time, I wished to sing a Moroccan song and the time has come. I also did it with a friend and a talented sister who adores music and lives through it,” she added.
The Syrian artist hoped that her audience loves the song as much as she loved it.
“With all my love and respect to my family and my loved ones in beloved Morocco,” she concluded the message.
On a separate note, Assala is participating in the jury of the "Saudi Idol" program.
The show is broadcast on Tuesday and Wednesday of every week on MBC, starting from 20 December.
