Egyptian singer-actress Asma Abulyazeid is going to be a mom.
She revealed the news on Sunday in an Instagram carousel, showing the couple on tour in New York City Square and debuting her growing baby bump. The post also shows hats with the words "Dad" and "Mom" written on them.
"New chapter, same energy," she captioned.

This will be the first child for Abulyazeid and her husband, fitness trainer Mohamed Khatib.
The couple tied the knot in an intimate affair at the iconic monument, Citadel of Saladin, amid the attendance of their families and friends in December 2023.
The starry guests who were present included the Head of the Syndicate of Acting Professions, Ashraf Zaki, Gilan Alaa, and Tamer Farag.
Abulyazeid, born on July 10, 1990, has liked acting since young, but could not act in her school because there was no school theater, which was made available in college.
She studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts and participated in a large number of theatrical performances that were displayed at the Hanager Theater and competed for the Sheikh Sultan Al Qasimi Award for Best Theater Show in 2016.
Abulyazeid drew attention through her performance of Toka in the TV series "Hadha Almasa" (This Evening) in 2017.
Her TV credits also include "Touba" (2022), "Al Ekhteyar 2: Regal El Zel" (2021), "El Ansaa Farah" (2019), Hogan" (2019), "Zodiac" (2019), "Layali Eugenie" (2018), and "'Ana shahira ... 'ana alkhayin" (2017).
Abulyazeid is also known for her roles in films such as "El Daawa Ammah" (2022),"Laylat Amar 14"(2022), "Mousa" (2021), "30 March" (2021), "El Kowayeseen" (2018), and "Hadha almasa'" (2017).
Along with her acting career, Abulyazeid participated in the band "Bahjja" and presented several monologues in several concerts.
