On Friday, Ashraf Zaki was re-elected as the Head of the Syndicate of Acting Professions, in the latest elections of the syndicate.
In addition, actor Ahmed Bedir, actor Ashraf Tolba, actor Ehab Fahmy, actress Afaf Rashad, actress Nihal Anbar, and actor Ali Kamalo won membership in the syndicate board of directors.
The elections saw a huge vote turnout by the artists and a number of renowned artists were seen in the voting such as Hassan Al Radad, Hanan Motawie, Ahmed Abdel Aziz, and Menna Fadaly.
Moreover, Ahmed El Sakka, Riham Abdel Ghafour, Hany Salama, Yehia Al Fakhrany, Magid El Masry, and Yehia El Fakhrany also participated in the voting.
The previous elections took place in 2021, and six members were elected and they were Mounir Makram, Ayman Azzab, Azzoz Adel, Hisham Atwa, Wael Abdullah, and Ahmed Salama.
