Ashraf Abdel Baky, Hana Shiha to Star in TV Series "Beit Farah"

Egyptian actor, Ashraf Abdel Baky is collaborating with actress Hana Shiha in a new TV series, after 18 years of absence.

The series is penned by Heba Ragab, directed by Ahmed Hassan, and produced by Essam Shaaban. It consists of 18 episodes and is based on an idea by ​​Yousra El-Fakharany.

“Beit Farah” marks Abdel Baky and Shiha's second collaboration after the 2004 film "Hob Albanat" (Girl's Love).

The series is centered around a man who suffers from loneliness after the death of his wife and depicts his many situations with his neighbors.

“Beit Farah” is scheduled to begin filming in the coming days to be premiered before Ramadan.

Shiha is currently filming her new TV series “Rageen Ya Hawa“, starring Khaled El Nabawy.

It also stars Anoushka, Safaa El-Toukhi, Wafaa Amer, Nour, Salma Abu Deif, Hana Shiha, Islam Ibrahim, Ahmed Khaled Saleh, Ahmad Dash, Karim Kassem, Huda El Mufti, and others.

The series is based on a radio series by the late scriptwriter Osama Anwar Okasha.

Director Mohamed Salama will helm the series from a screenplay adapted by writer Mohammed Suleiman Abdel Malik.

The series is produced by the Aroma production company and set to be shot between Egypt and Europe.

“Rageen Ya Hawa“ is set to debut in the Ramadan 2022 drama marathon.
