"Ashghal Shaqa" Season 3 to Screen in Ramadan 2027

Season 3 of Hesham Maged and Asmaa Galal's TV series "Ashghal Shaqa" is set to screen during the Ramadan 2027 drama marathon.

Despite its previous seasons premiering consecutively during the holy month of Ramadan, season 3 did not screen in last year's Ramadan.

Season one of "Ashghal Shaqa" screened during the first half of the Ramadan 2024 drama marathon.

Season 1 of "Ashghal Shaqa" also stars Sherine, Salwa Mohammad Ali, Mohamed Mahmoud, Rahma Ahmed Farag, Mostafa Gharieb, and more.

Khaled Diab directed the series from a script he co-wrote with Sherine Diab.

The plot revolves around forensic pathologist Hamdy and TV presenter Yasmine having twins and soon discovering they can't handle things all by themselves.

They decided to hire a maid, a decision that proved to create more problems than they expected.

The show was renewed for season two in April 2024.

Season 2 of "Ashghal Shaqa", titled "Ashghal Shaqa Gedan" premiered in 2025 and saw the return of the main cast members Hesham Maged, Asmaa Galal, Sherine, Mostafa Gharieb, Salwa Mohamed Ali, and Mohamed Mahmoud.

It also featured cameo appearances by Aya Samaha, Nahed El Sebai, Nesreen Amin, and more.

In the sophomore run, parents to four children, Hamdy and Yasmine’s life is further upended as he lags behind at work, and she decides to return to the professional world.

The drama was renewed for season 3 in August 2025.
