Arabic Music Inaugurates Summer Opera Festival in Sayed Darwish Theatre

The Egyptian Opera House, headed by Khaled Dagher, launches the events of the Summer Festival of Music and Singing in Alexandria.

This comes under the auspices of Nevin Al-Kilani, the Minister of Culture, and Major General Mohamed Al-Sharif, the Governor of Alexandria.

The first night revives the opera stars of Arabic music, led by Maestro Ahmed Amer, with a selection of the most beautiful works of the giants of the time of beautiful art, including Abdel Halim Hafez, Fayrouz, Sabah, Muhammad Rushdi, Warda, Umm Kulthum and others.

The Songs will be performed by Rehab Omar, Yasser Suleiman, Muhammad Hassan, Somaya Wagdy Moamen Khalil, and Kenzi.

It is worth noting that the activities of the Summer Festival for Music and Singing in Alexandria begin on the evening of Wednesday, July 19th, and will continue until Saturday, July 22nd, at Sayed Darwish Theater, "Alexandria Opera."

It includes a variety of artistic forms that work to attract different age and social segments of the people and guests of the city of Al-Thaghr. It will be held over four nights.
