Anya Taylor-Joy and Malcolm McRae have tied the knot in a lavish ceremony in Italy.
The Queen's Gambit star, 27, and the 29-year-old musician wed at the historic Palazzo Pisani Moretta, before celebrating with friends and family at their reception.
During the weekend affair, the bride's famous friends including Miles Teller, Julia Garner, Cara Delevingne, Nicolas Hoult, and Evan Ross were in attendance to celebrate the couple's special day.
Following their nuptials, the newlyweds enjoyed a terrace brunch on Sunday at the St Regis, which looks out onto the Grand Canal.
Earlier this year, the pair was spotted touring wedding venues in Italy, The Daily Mail reported.
Taylor-Joy first met McRae at the Queen's Gambit premiere in March 2021. Two days after they connected, the musician wrote an original song for the actress and shared clips of him singing it on Instagram.
“I wrote this song for Anya two days after meeting her," he explained in the post's caption at the time. "It’s called ‘Really Want to See You Again.’”
"I know that I'm high now, but I've gotta get this out," McRae sang in the video. "I think we're alike in ways that I can't quite explain right, but I might, could with some time. If ever we were in the same place. I want what's right, but I want without warning now, and I think we're wanting something the same."

The following month, Taylor-Joy mentioned her “partner” in an interview with Elle. "My partner's just come back from work, and he's moving around all of his equipment, so this was the safe spot," she said.
A year after the couple first met, they made one of their first public appearances together at the CAA Pre-Oscar Party in West Hollywood, California. After the awards ceremony wrapped up, McRae and Taylor-Joy stepped out to the Vanity Fair Oscar Party, and McRae later shared a photo on Instagram of himself and Taylor-Joy glammed up for the big night.
"Don't know why this Merry or Pippin lookin guy on the left is mean mugging, but I'm f------ proud of this girl," he wrote of the Emma star in the caption.

In April, The Northman actress has opened up to British Vogue how comfortable she feels around McRae. “I've finally found someone who will happily sit in silence with me reading," she told the magazine.
“I said to my partner the other day that he was my hobby. I see reading as something that I have to do. He loved it because he's the same," she continued. "We're basically 80 years old and 7 at the same time, and it works really well."
Taylor-Joy told British Vogue that she prefers being in a relationship rather than being a part of the dating scene. "I was not a good dater and I'm quite glad to not be," she said. "I hear stories from my friends and I'm like, 'God, I would suck at that.'"
