For the seventh day in a row, the activities of the 30th session of the Arab Music Festival and Conference continued on Sunday, on the Nafoura Theater of the Cairo Opera House, with a concert marking the centenary of Lebanese singer, songwriter, and composer, Wadih Al-Safi. It was led by Maestro Salim Sehab and with the participation of Antoine Al Safi, Moeen Charif and Amira Ahmed.
At the beginning of the concert, Lebanese singer Moeen Charif sang Rah Helfak Bl Ghasn; it was written by Michel Trad, composed by Rahbani brothers, and then he sang Mawal Lou, Asaad Al Sebaly, composed by Wadih Al-Safi, God Returns, the words of Michel Tohme, composed by Farid Al Atrash, You have Bahriya, the words of Michel Tomah, composed by Mohamed Abdel Wahab, Great Ya Masr, words by Ahmed Allam, composed by Wadih El Safi.
Antoine Wadih Al-Safi sang, “lebanon a piece of sky”, written by Younes, composed by Wadih Al-Safi.
Antoine Wadih Al-Safi also sang Al Layl Ya Layla, composed by Wadih Al-Safi, written by Mostafa Mahmoud.
