Veteran Egyptian singer-actress Anoushka will perform live at the Cairo Opera House’s Main Hall on Tuesday, December 30.
She is set to present several of her popular and latest songs.
Anoushka will be accompanied by an orchestra led by Maestro Dr. Alaa Abdel Salam.
The event begins at 8 PM and comes as part of the New Year's Eve 2026 concerts.

Born on March 9, 1960, Anoushka launched her career by singing jingles for advertisements.
She participated in an international song competition organized by the International Federation of Festival Organizations (FIDOF), singing an original French song, lyrics by Gamal Abdel Halim Hasan, and music by Kamel Cherif.
In the 1980s, the iconic star presented her first Egyptian public song in a children's television program teaching the Arabic language, directed by Fehmi Abdel Hamid.
She went on to take part in 1987 and 1988 in international festivals in Finland, Czechoslovakia, Bulgaria, Turkey, France, and Latin America.
In Turkey, Anoushka won first prize with "Habbytak" and in the Francophonie competitions in France with her own composition "Ya Habibi (Oh my Love)" in French and "Ya Leyl (Oh Night)" also in French, composed by Midhat el Khawla.
She released many albums in Arabic, becoming a pan-Arab sensation, and was honored by the Egyptian Minister of Tourism for her efforts in promoting Egyptian music in the Arab World and worldwide.
She also took part in many national, pan-Arab, and international music events.
Anoushka also made a career in acting. She proved her skills as an actress in the 1991 TV series "El-Tawous" with the prominent movie star Salah Zulfikar. Afterwards, prominent film director Salah Abu Seif chose her to participate in the 1994 film "Al-Sayed Kaf." This role was followed by many others.
