Egyptian actor Amir Karara is preparing for a new TV series, which he plans to participate in during the Ramadan 2026 drama marathon.
The drama consists of 30 episodes and sees Karara teaming up for the first time wthe actor Sherif Mounir.
Written by Hani Sarhan and directed by Mohamed Bakir and scriptwriter Hani Sarhan, the drama centers around a terrorism officer and his work to defeat violent extremism.
The drama witnesses Karara's comeback to the drama marathon after opting to skip this season first time in 14 years.
He made his last participation in the marathon with the 2024 TV series "Beit Al Refai".
The cast also stars Sayed Ragab, Ahmed Rizk, Amr Wahba, Myrna Noureldin, Enas Kamel, Malak Koura, and more.
Ahmed Nader Galal directed from a script by Peter Mimi, Hind Abdullah, and Amr Abu Zeid. Synergy is the studio behind the series.
Karara, born on October 10, 1977, is an Egyptian actor and broadcaster. He has a degree in tourism from Cairo University.
He rose to fame through hosting television contest shows like “Star Maker” and “The Deal”.
Moreover, he played in the national volleyball team, in a lot of national and international games.
Karara is known for his roles in TV series “Shabab Al Hawa” (Guys Online), “Lahazat Hariga” (The Egyptian version of ER), “Taraf Talit” (Third Party) “Taht El Ard” (Underground), and “kalabsh” trilogy.
