Amir Eid, the lead singer of the groundbreaking Arabic rock-pop band Cairokee, has signed on to star in the TV series "Dawaey El Safar".
The cast also includes Nadine, Ahmed Ghozzi, Kamel El Basha, Ayman El Shewy, and more.
The project is a Watch It original series and hails from director Mohamed Nayer.

Born on November 26, 1983, Eid made his acting debut in the 2008 TV series "Zay El Naharda". He also starred in the 2019 film "Lama Benetweled" and the 2022 TV series "Rivo" and its follow-up in 2023.
