Egyptian singer-actor Amir Eid unveiled Tuesday chapter one of his new musical project, "Roxi" on YouTube.
The project is a mini-romantic album consisting of five songs that were divided into 3 chapters to present a love story.
The first chapter of "Roxi" is called "Hagat Gowaya" and the second is called "Esmek Eh".
Director Nazly Abu Seif shot the tracks as a black-and-white short film centered around a love story starring Eid and Nada Abbader. The story is set to be continued soon.
Born on November 26, 1983, Eid is the lead singer of the groundbreaking Arabic rock-pop band Cairokee.
He made his acting debut in the 2008 TV series "Zay El Naharda". His other TV credits include the 2022 TV series "Rivo" and its follow-up in 2023, and the 2024 TV series "Dawaey El Safar".
