Egyptian actress Amina Khalil will star opposite actors Mohamed Mamdouh and Hesham Maged in the film "Wife's Ex" (Merati's Ex).
The film hails from filmmaker Moataz El Tony.
Khalil will next be seen in the new film adaptation of the late legendary writer Ihsan Abdel-Quddous' novel "Anf W Thalath Oyoun" (A Nose And Three Eyes).
It features an ensemble cast that includes Dhafer L’Abidine, Saba Mubarak, Salma Abu Deif, Sedky Sakhr, Gihan El Shamashergy, Salwa Mohamed Ali, Nabil Maher, Selim Mostafa, and more.
Dina El Sherbiny will also guest star in the film.
"Anf W Thalath Oyoun" hails from director Amir Ramses and screenwriter Wael Hamdy.
This will be the second ttime the novel to be adapted for the big screen. It was previously presented as a film in 1972 and was also made into a TV series in 1980.
"Anf W Thalath Oyoun" follows the romantic life of mid-40 renowned plastic surgeon Hashem with 3 women, the ups and downs of love, and life changes.
Khalil, born on October 26, 1988, is one of the best actresses in Egypt and the Middle East.
The actress is known for her roles in films such as “Les Baghdad” (2020), “122” (2018), “El Badla” (2018), “Sheikh Jackson” (2017), “El Khaleya” (2017), and “El Kenz” (2017).
She is also famous for her work on the television series “Leh La” (2020), “Layali Eugenie” (2018), “La Totfe’ Al Shams” (2018), “Grand Hotel” (2016), “Esteefa” (2015), “Saheb El Saada” (2014), “Negdeb Law Qolna Mabenhebesh” (2013), “Sharbat Louz” (2012), “Taraf Talet” (2012), and “Al Jamiaa” (2011).
In 2014, Khalil received the Jury Prize for the film festival Asham Film Society’s annual Forty Egyptian Cinema.
