Kim Kardashian-fronted legal drama “All’s Fair” has been renewed for Season 2 at Hulu.
The Ryan Murphy series debuted on November 4 and quickly became a camp classic.
Despite being despised by critics, the divorce lawyer drama was a ratings hit, launching at No. 1 on the Hulu viewership chart and becoming the streamer’s biggest original scripted series premiere in three years as shown on the first three days of streaming.
“All’s Fair” follows a team of female divorce attorneys who leave a male-dominated firm to start their own powerhouse practice.
Per the logline, “Fierce, brilliant, and emotionally complicated, they navigate high-stakes breakups, scandalous secrets, and shifting allegiances — both in the courtroom and within their own ranks. In a world where money talks and love is a battleground, these women don’t just play the game — they change it.”
The series also stars Naomi Watts, Niecy Nash-Betts, Teyana Taylor, Matthew Noszka, Sarah Paulson, and Glenn Close.
“All’s Fair” is written and executive produced by Murphy, who also directs.
EPs also include Jon Robin Baitz, Joe Baken, Jamie Pachino, Lyn Greene and Richard Levine, alongside series stars Kardashian, Close, Watts, Nash-Betts and Paulson. Anthony Hemingway executive produces and directs.
Kris Jenner, Eric Kovtun, Scott Robertson, and Nissa Diederich also executive produce.
Taylor defended the show during an interview with Variety earlier this month at the Governors Awards in Los Angeles. “It’s our first season,” she said. “Give us a little bit of grace.”
