Regarding the Stardom Exhibition Tag Team match, Tam Nakano and Saya Kamitani beat Mayu Iwatani and Starlight Kid.
After the Stardom Exhibition, the highly anticipated Four Way match for the KOPW 2022 Trophy between the winners in yesterday's New Japan Ranbo. The participants were Minoru Suzuki, Chase Owens, Cima and Toru Yano, and the winner was Suzuki.

Kenta lost his champion and Tanahashi was announced as the new IWGP US Heavyweight Champion. Both players were injured due to the excessive usage of hardcore tools.

Finally, the main event, the highly anticipated event in the Wrestle Kingdom 16, for the IWGP Heavy World Heavywieght Championship between Okada and Ospreay. Akada won his title only yesterday, before he accepted Ospreay's challenge for a championship.

Yesterday's event was a 35-minute-epic which motivated the fans to look forward to a great fight between both stars on Wednesday. However, the match did not meet the expectations of a wide range of the audience.
