Algerian National Team to fly to Egypt on June 18

Seven days before the African Cup of Nations, SEE presents the arrival data of the Algerian national team in Cairo.

Algerian Football Federation decided that the Desert Warriors will fly to Egypt by a private jet on Tuesday, June 18.

The one-time title holders, which were picked alongside e Senegal, Kenya, and Tanzania in group C, will begin their mission against Kenya on Sunday, June 23.

Desert Warriors flew to Qatar on Sunday June 9 to begin their final preparations for the 2019 AFCON.

They held a 1-1 draw in their first friendly game against Burundi, while they will play their second friendly match against Mali on Sunday, June 16, before heading to Egypt.

It is worth mentioning that Algeria coach Djamel Belmadi announced on Tuesday, 30 May his 23- man squad for the upcoming showpiece tournament.

Belmadi 23-man squad is as follows:

Goalkeepers: Rais M’Bolhi (El Etifaq, Saudi Arabia), Azzedine Doukha (Al Raed, Saudi Arabia), Alexandre Oukidja (Metz FRA)
