Al Ahly's midfielder Walid Soliaman announced on Monday his full recovery from coronavirus after almost fifteen days in the self-isolation.

On November 22, Soliman had tested positive for the respiratory disease to be ruled out of the derby of century between Al Ahly and Zamalek in the CAF Champions League final and Egypt Cup final against Ta'laa El Gaish on Saturday.

On his official Instagram page, the 36-year-old player thanked all the people, who supported him during the last period.

"I, my daughter Salma, and my son Selim tested negative for coronavirus. We are in a good health condition," Al Ahly's midfielder wrote on his Instagram page.

It is worth mentioning that the Red Devils defeated Tala’a El-Gaish 2-1 on Saturday evening to complete their treble and win their first Egypt Cup title since 2017.
