Al Ahly head coach René Weiler announced his eleven men players, who will start against Mamelodi Sundowns in the CAF Champions league quarter-final.
The South African team are set to host the Red Devils in the second leg of the quarter-final, as Mosimane’s men have to secure a 3-0 victory at least to advance to the semi-finals.
The new signing Aliou Badji will start among the major squad for the first time since he joined the eight-time African champions.
The Red Devils managed to thrash Sundowns in the first leg with two unanswered goals in the presence of 30,000 fans at Cairo Stadium.
The winner of this clash will face either Wydad or Etoile du Sahel in the semi-finals.

It’s worth mentioning that the Al Ahly faced Mamelodi Sundowns at the same stage in the last year as the Masandawana managed to knock the Red Devils out of the competition after pulling off a 5-1 win on aggregate.
