Tunisian actress Aïcha Ben Ahmed will guest star in Egyptian actor Amr Youssef's upcoming TV series "Al Fransawy" ("The Frenchman").
The cast also includes Sawsan Badr, Jamal Soliman, Enjy Kiwan, Ahmed Fouad Selim, and more.
The series consists of 10 episodes and hails from Adam Abd ElGhaffar.
"Al Fransawy" is set to debut on the "Yango Play" platform.
The drama marks Youssef's comeback to the small screen after a 3-year absence. He made his last appearance in the 2023 TV series "The 101 Battalion".
Principal photography is underway.

Ben Ahmed, born on February 7, 1989, began her career through dancing in the Sihem Belkhodja group before studying graphic art and publicity at the Ecole d'Art et de Décoration in Tunis.
She made her acting career in 2010, taking a small part in Nada Mezni Hafaiedh's feature film "Histoires Tunisiennes".
In 2015, Ben Ahmed landed her first acting gig in Egypt in Raouf Abdel Aziz's TV series "Les Mille et Une Nuits". She had been specially selected to play the role of Qamar Zamen, an amnesiac who tried to establish her identity.
