Egyptian actress Aïcha Ben Ahmed has recently joined the cast of actor, Hani Salama‘s new TV series “Malaf Sri”, which is set to debut in the Ramadan 2022 drama marathon.
It also stars Maged El Masry, Mirhan Hussein, Nedal El Shafey, Mohsen Mohiedine, Sherine, Caroline Azmy, Seba El Rafei, and others.
The series is penned by Mahmoud Haggag, directed by Hassan El-Balassi, and produced by Mohamed Mahmoud Abdel Aziz and Raymond Makar.
Ben Ahmed participated last Ramadan with TV series “Lebat Newton” (Newton’s cradle), which achieved a great success during its premiere.
It also starred Mona Zaki, Mohamed Farag, Mohamed Mamdouh, Sayed Ragab, Mohamed El-Tajy, Mayan El Sayed, Hanan Youssef, and others.
The series is written and directed by Tamer Mohsen; it was slated to witness the actress’s return to the Ramadan drama marathon, after an absence of 4 years.
“Lebat Newton” centers around Hana and Hazem, who plan in complete secrecy to have their child birthed on American soil, but the plan gets more complicated with each passing minute.
