Tunisian actress Aïcha Ben Ahmed and Egyptian actor Khaled El Nabawy have found their next collaboration in the TV series "Rehla Taher El Masry".
The project marks the second collaboration between the duo after the 2025 Egyptian remake of the Australian TV series “Seven Types of Ambiguity”.
It is scripted by Amin Gamal, directed by Ahmed Khaled, and produced by Maha Selim.
"Rehla Taher El Masry," initially set to screen during the Ramadan 2026 drama marathon, is set to premiere sometime in 2026.

Ben Ahmed, born on February 7, 1989, began her career through dancing in the Sihem Belkhodja group before studying graphic art and publicity at the Ecole d'Art et de Décoration in Tunis.
She made her acting career in 2010, taking a small part in Nada Mezni Hafaiedh's feature film "Histoires Tunisiennes".
In 2015, Ben Ahmed landed her first acting gig in Egypt in Raouf Abdel Aziz's TV series "Les Mille et Une Nuits". She had been specially selected to play the role of Qamar Zamen, an amnesiac who tried to establish her identity.
