Ahmed Mekky and More Arab Rap Stars Team Up with ARXP Cartel for Single “Dokhan”

ARXP Cartel is gearing up to release their second single "Dokhan" (Smoke), slated for September 21. 

Dokhan boasts a catchy chorus while delivering hard Arab drill verses that see the return of Didine Canon 16 and Eslam Jawaad, while introducing Moudy Al Arabe, and the MENA region’s pioneering female MC, Malikah.

The song also features verses by Arab rap stars such as Ahmed Mekky, Wegz, and Sharmoofers.

The single was produced by Egyptian team NOVO and Issa & Assouad. It is mixed by Marcella "Ms.Lago" Araica whose credits include Mariah Carey, Timbaland, and Britney Spears.

"Dokhan" comes nearly a year after the release of their first track, “Styla Jamaiki,” which witnessed the first collaboration between Didine Canon 16 and Eslam Jawaad with the Egyptian rap star Shahyn.

Rooted in its unique approach to unifying audiences across the MENA region, ARXP Cartel is an artist collective featuring a rotating lineup of the biggest, most buzz-worthy rappers in the region. 

The collective will release one single at a time, with each collaboration not only capitalizing on the crew members’ domestic fanbases but also transcending those existing listeners to reach audiences across MENA’s 22 states. 

Furthermore, ARXP Cartel will tap into opportunities across the globe as the project amasses new fans and joins forces with other international recording artists.
