Egyptian actor Ahmed Khaled Saleh is the latest to join the cast of actor Mohamed Ramadan's latest film "Assad".
The cast also includes Maged El Kedwany, Khaled Elsawy, Razane Jammal, Aly Kassem, and more.
The film hails from filmmaker Mohamed Diab.
It is a historical action thriller feature set in 1280 AD in the Mamluk era.
In the film, Ramadan portrays Ali bin Muhammad Al-Farsi, who is sold in the slave market and later on leads the revolution against the Abbasid army.
Saleh, born on November 26, 1992, is the son of the late iconic actor Khaled Saleh. He graduated from the American University, Theater Department.
He participated in theatrical productions on the American University stage, including "Police and Thieves".
Saleh made his TV debut in the 2017 series "30 Days" and landed his first role in a film in "Turab El Mass" in the following year.
