Egyptian actor Ahmed Hatem and "Omar Affendi" director Abdul Rahman Abu Ghazaleh are set to reteam for a new TV series.
Abu Ghazaleh directs the untitled project from a script by Ahmed Wael and based on an idea by Peter Mimi, who also serves as a producer on the show.
Hatem was last seen making a cameo appearance in Nelly Karim's star-studded TV series “Ekhwaty”.
The series also stars Ruby, Kinda Alloush, Gihan El Shamashergy, Aly Kassem, Hatem Salah, and more.
It is scripted by Mohab Tarek, directed by Mohamed Shaker Khadir, and produced by Media Hub.
"Ekhwaty" consists of 15 episodes and was screened during the Ramadan 2025 drama marathon.
Hatem, born on December 25, 1987, made his acting debut in the 2006 film "Awqat Faragh".
