Egyptian actor Ahmed Ezz is reteaming with long-time collaborator Salah El Gehiny for his next TV series.
The drama is sponsored by the Saudi General Entertainment Authority and Riyadh Season in partnership with BIG TIME Al-Husn Studios, MBC Studios, and Sela Studios.
It consists of 8 episodes and is also scripted by Daniel Knauf, Sean Hennen, and Lucas O'Connor.
The overall production budget for the series exceeds $25 Million.
Ezz made his last drama appearance back in 2022 playing Marwan Alawady in season 3 of the hit TV series "El Ekhteyar 3".
The untitled project witnesses the sixth collaboration between Ezz and El Gehiny.
They previously worked together on the "Welad Rizk" franchise, "El-Khaleya", and "Ferqat Al Mawt".
Ezz, born on July 23, 1971, made his first appearance in Assala's music video "Lama Gat Einak Fi Einy" in 1999.
In the same year, he appeared in Inas El-Degheidy's film "Kalam El Lail" (Night Whispers).
In 2001, Ezz landed the lead role in "Mothakerat Morahkah" (Memoirs of a Teenager).
His breakthrough role was in the TV series "Malak Rohi" (2003).
Ezz's career enjoyed a significant boost when he starred in the 2004 films "Hob El-Banat" (Girl's Love), and "Sana Oula Nasb" (First Year of Deception).
Afterwards, he began to play roles in Action, thriller, and suspense films.
