Egyptian stars Ahmed El Sakka and Ahmed Fahmy have found their next collaboration in the film "Ahmed Wi Ahmed." Gihan El Shamashergy also joined the cast of the upcoming project.
It hails from director Ahmed Nader Galal and is set to begin principal photography in the coming period. Film Square is the studio behind the pic.
El Sakka was last seen making a cameo appearance in Fahmy's film “Esabet El Max”.
The cast also includes Lebleba, Hatem Salah, Mohamed Osama, famously known as "Osos", and more.
The film revolves around al Mexic who is used to carrying out theft and smuggling alone without any help. However, gets involved in a major operation that he needs the help of others to carry out, but he discovers that those he chose are implicating him in bigger problems that threaten the success of the operation.
Hossam Soliman, in his directorial debut, helmed the pic from a screenplay by Ramy Ali and Amgad El Sharqawi. It is produced by "Artists Union" and "Legacy Productions".
El Sakka, born on March 1, 1973, is an Egyptian actor. He graduated from the Academy of Arts.
He began his acting career with appearances in Egyptian mini-series and ended up co-starring in many famed Ramadan series.
Early in his career, El Sakka appeared in popular series such as “Nesf Rabeea El-Akhar”, "Nsf Rbye Alakhar", "Wamin Aldhy la Yuhibu Fatma?", "Tarwid Alsharisa", "Helm El Ganouby", and "Zayzinia S1".
He established himself as an actor in 1998 when he co-starred in the film “Saeedi Fil Gamaa El Amrekeia” (Saeedi in the American University).
In 2000, the actor received his first leading film role in “Short wi Fanila wi Cap” (Short, T-Shirt and Cap).
