Egyptian actor Ahmed Dawood will once again team up with actress Menna Shalaby for a new film.
The project titled, "Qaeat Orchid" (Working title), is produced by Sea Cinema Productions.
It witnesses the second collaboration between Shalaby and Dawood after the 2016 film “Al Ma’ wal Khodra wal Wajh al Hassan” (Brooks, Meadows and Lovely Faces).
Principal photography is set to begin production soon.
On the other hand, Dawood has signed on to star in the TV series "Zeinhom", which is set to premiere during the off-season.
Yahya Ismail directs the series from a script by Mohamed Suleiman Abdul-Malik. The project consists of 30 episodes and marks the actor's first major TV role in a drama.
The series also stars his long-time collaborator Karim Kassem and Salma Abu Deif.
Principal photography is set to begin in early September.
