Egypt’s national team coach Javier Aguirre named on Tuesday his preliminary 25-man squad for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations.
The list of the Mexican coach includes the return of Ahmed Ali, Arab Contractors SC’s striker, Al Ahly’s Waleed Soliman, and Pyramids FC’s player Abdallah El-Said. It worth noting that these players have not appeared in the national team since the appointment of Aguirre.
The Pharaohs’ squad also includes Liverpool star, Mohamed Salah and Arsenal’s player, Mohamed Elneny.
It worth mentioning that, Egypt will host the African Cup of Nation from 21 June to 19 July. The hosts will play the opening match against Zimbabwe on 21 June at Cairo stadium.
