Early Thursday, All Elite Wrestling organized its annual Grand Slam special Dynamite episode.
The event was described by thousands of fans on social media that it is the hottest pro wrestling show in summer, due to the quality of the build, and the great quality of the in-ring performance.
The episode was opened with a very good match for the ROH World and NJPW Strong Openwight titles between Eddie Kingston and Claudio Catagnoli.
Everyone in the arena hoped to see a big moment for one of the pro wrestling veterans, Kingston, and be a world champion which was happened.
Finally, Kingston stood on the top of the world, raising his two belts after a massive battle, filled with the cruelty that stored inside their inners for a dozen years.
The highly-anticipated game between Sammy Guevara and Chris Jericho was presented after the Kingston-Castagnoli match.
Honestly, Jericho never let anyone down in big matches. He looked great, however, the tempo of the match was somehow slow, however, the final 3 minutes of the match were on fire, especially Jericho's encountering Guevara's Press Shooting Star Press to Code Breaker.
After the match, Guevara re-presented Jericho's low blow against Shawn Michaels in WrestleMania to Jericho. Also, Guevara paid a tribute to Jericho by the let-vest.
The AEW International Championship match was the next contest. The Blackpool Combat Club's leader and champion Jon Moxley faced one-half of the Lucha Bros Rey Phenix in an excellent contest. It was the fight described by the commentary as the fight of styles as Mox is known for his brutal and cruel style, unlike Phenix whose style is the Latin Lucha Libre high-flying one.
Unfortunately, the finish of the match didn't go as planned, and Mox sustained an injury.
Phenix won the match and was crowned the new AEW International Champion.
Then came the AEW Women's World Championship between Saraya and Toni Storm. The match was very good, maybe the best match for Saraya since her arrival at the AEW.
The entrance of Storm was her new persona was really catching at the night.
Finally, the highly-anticipated battle between MJF, and Samoa Joe closed the night. More than 20 minutes of great wrestling and very good storytelling by both wrestlers.
MJF played the perfect role of the babyface, while Joe mastered the role of the heel.

Before the match, Joe made a tribute to his entrance during his NXT-run, and MJF re-produced the famous Bret Hart commercial.
