Adele has been open about how the album deals with her porce from her ex-husband Simon Konecki, which was finalized earlier this year, and her desire for that nuclear family impacted her decision to leave the marriage and do what she thought was best for their 9-year-old son, Angelo.
In a new interview, the pop star noted that the album immensely helped her and shared her believes on some of the songs on the album could really help people.
"I truly do believe, like when we started the interview where I was like, 'There's not an occasion or a scenario or a feeling where there is not the perfect song for it somewhere.' I really do believe, and I'm not being arrogant or anything like that here, it's just like, it was my hell. But I really went to hell and back." she pointed out.
"I really think that some of the songs on this album could really help people, really change people's lives. And I think a song like 'Hold On' could actually save a few lives. I really, really do," she added.

Adele officially announced her comeback earlier this fall, following some cryptic signage. She released her first single “Easy on Me” from the new album, not long after.
The pop star will celebrate her new album with a UK TV special called “An Audience With Adele”, on November 21.
The special is set to broadcast on ITV and will showcase material from the record along with some of her classic hits at the London Palladium.
