Head of Actor's Syndicate Ashraf Zaki, Mohamed Mahmoud, Mohamed Salah Adam, and singer Hoda, were among the celebrities who attended the funeral.
El Tahan passed away early Friday after a long struggle with illness. She was 47.
Prior to her death, El Tahan has been in a secret battle against cancer for many years. El Tahan preferred to keep her battle in private and had been battling the disease and undergoing treatment for it.
The late actress coexisted with her illness until she was hospitalized 30 days ago after suffering from a severe health crisis last month.
She was transferred to the intensive care unit in a private hospital due to the repercussions of cancer, which caused problems with her heart, lung, blood components, and potassium.
Later, her health condition deteriorated dramatically, leading her friends and loved ones to ask for prayers on social networking sites.
As the actress started a new chapter in her fight against the disease, the disease came back more powerful.
This time it was more difficult for her, especially since she was in a hospital that could not provide all the capabilities for her current health condition, which made her condition deteriorate continuously.
El Tahan needed to be transferred to a hospital that would specialize in oncology treatment.
However, fate has the final word, and the actress passed away during the holy month of Ramadan.
E Tahan, born on June 5, 1976, began her professional life as a TV presenter on Egyptian television and then started an acting career throughout she presented 3 films and 6 TV productions.
She made her acting debut in the 2006 film "Al-Hawaa". The late actress starred in two more films, "45 Days" (2007) and "Aaz Ashab" ( 2009).
El Tahan made her TV debut in the 2012 TV series "Unknown Number", starring Youssef El Sherif.
She starred in the 2013 TV series "El Raken" opposite Mahmoud Abdel Moghny, and reteamed with El Sherif in the TV series "Ism Mo'aqat".
In 2014, El Tahan appeared in “Elsabaa Wasaya”, starring Rania Youssef. She starred in the 2015 TV series "Mariem" opposite Khaled El Nabawy, Haifa Wehbe, and Riham Abdel Ghafour.
El Tahan made her last screen appearance in the 2017 star-studded TV series "Ramadan Kareem".
