28th SAG Awards Nominations to Be Announced on Jan. 12

Rosario Dawson and Vanessa Hudgens are set to unveil the nominees for the 28th annual SAG Awards on Wednesday, January 12.

The announcement will take place live at 10 a.m. ET/7 a.m. PT via SAG Awards Instagram Stories. This marks the second year in a row for the SAG nominees to be announced on the platform.

Coverage will begin on Instagram at 9:50 a.m. ET/6:50 a.m PT with words from SAG-AFTRA President Fran Drescher as well as announcements made by SAG Awards Committee members, Jason George, and Elizabeth McLaughlin.

Nominations for the Outstanding Action Performances by Television and Film ensembles will follow, with announcements made by SAG Awards Committee members Jason George and Elizabeth McLaughlin.

Produced by Avalon Harbor Entertainment, Inc., the 28th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards will be simulcast live on TNT and TBS on Sunday, Feb. 27, 2022 at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT from The Barker Hangar in Santa Monica.
