Genius Lebanese fashion designer Zuhair Murad presented his new spring/summer collection at Paris Fashion Week, which consists of 60 pieces all inspired by the Pharaonic civilization.
** Masterpieces
The greatness of the Pharaoh civilization gave centralized power to the collection, and turned it into a masterpiece, which is highlighted in terms of creativity, innovation, power, and sophistication of the design, fabric, and embroidery.
The collection ideas came innovative and mind-blowing. It varied between the cuts and embroidery based on scenes from the “Book of the Dead” and from “the other world”.
It also featured different Pharaonic symbols, including Eye of Horus, the scarab, Ankh, Isis, and the snake.
Its beauty was mesmerized the audience and caused a stir among fashion followers and non-fashion followers.
* Sophisticated creativity
The collection designs were highly sophisticated, creative, and mixed with simplicity and beauty—, which eases the eye and does not disturb it due to the symbols sophistication, rich and harmonious, at the same time.
** Vivid colors
The colors were displayed as if they were artistic paintings. He presented in the collection designs the gold color, which is linked to the Pharaonic Civilization.
It is worth mentioning that Murad is a Lebanese fashion designer who was born in Beirut, where he studied fashion and art. He opened his first workshop in Beirut, in 1995.
In 1999, Murad launched the first Haute Couture for high-end fashion in the Italian capital Rome within the fashion week.
In 2001, he went to Paris to present his high-end fashion collection.
Murad is considered as one of the top designers in the fashion industry, where his name competes with top international designers such as Valentino and Giorgio Armani.
Many Celebrities and publics figures have been seen wearing his masterpieces including, Najwa Karam, Haifa Wehbe, Nancy Ajram, and others.
Moreover, Saudi Princess Ameera Al-Taweel, the spouse of Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal choose to wear a dress designed by him at the wedding of William, the Duke of Cambridge, and Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge in London.
Murad's designs were also spotted in the American drama series, as well as in the global music videos including, in Jennifer Lopez’s “On The Floor”, and in Cheryl’s “Promise This”.
Furthermore, Lebanese singer-actress Carole Samaha has chosen to wear a dress designed by him for her wedding in October 2013.
