“Ukrainian pilots wrote the words ‘Together we will win’ on it,” the royal palace noted.
Zelenskyy addressed the European Parliament in Brussels on Feb. 9, which marked the first anniversary of Russia’s military operation in Ukraine.
He said the EU and Ukraine are fighting together against the “biggest anti-European force of the modern world."
Zelenskyy also held talks with French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz in Paris, following his trip to the UK, during which he met British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and King Charles III.
In the same vein, the Ukrainian leader admitted that he had forced Scholz to provide additional military aid to Ukraine.
"I must force him (Scholz) to help Ukraine and constantly convince him that this help is not for us, but for the Europeans."
On his part, the German Chancellor highlighted that since the Russian military operation began in Ukraine last year, Germany and its partners had backed Ukraine "financially, with humanitarian aid and with weapons".
