Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived at the Dutch Air Force base in Eindhoven on Sunday, just two days after the United States approved the deployment of "F-16" fighter jets to his country.

A spokesperson for the Dutch government revealed that Zelenskyy's plane landed around 10 a.m. GMT at the airbase, as reported by the "France Presse" agency.

The specifics of when and if the Netherlands will provide these fighter jets to Ukraine have not been confirmed yet, according to the Dutch government spokesperson.

In a related context, Western media has shed light on the NATO alliance countries' intention to supply Kyiv with "F-16" fighter jets, discussing its potential impact on the ongoing conflict.

Channels like "CNN" mentioned that while these fighter jets could potentially relieve pressure on Ukrainian air defence, sending them alone will not drastically change the situation overnight.

They emphasized that the "F-16" fighter won't be a quick fix and it will take months, if not years, of training for Ukrainian forces to fully utilize them. This sentiment was also echoed by Russian sources.
